same review as other PRs, adding it so it doesn't stay un-reviwed. Actions seems to fail on all of them, not sure if its a permission issue or something else. We plan to investigate next cycle.

This PR adds the Firebase Distribution groups for 'feature-branch', 'next', and 'public' in addition to the current 'all-builds' and 'stable-builds' groups.
